Just to chill out a moment. Why the rich keeps getting richer? They invest. They invest. and they INVEST.
Money is the root of all evil. NOT. actually greed is the root of evil. the greed of ‘buying’ liabilities instead of assets. The greed of buying ‘assets’ which turns out to be liability. What are your assets? Handphones? Computers? Flat screen tvs? Are those assets in the first place? What about the amount of money we spend to get them fix when they are broken? Got struck by lightning? Haha actually those are more to liabilities rather than assets. Think of assets as something that lasts long and yet, gives you more.
Its also better if you invest, but with a proper risk management and long-term risk profile. My parents bought a home at Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan which is supposed to be country home style housing areas. After a few years, they took so long to finish the project. The company in charge of developing the area run out of funds and went bankrupt. However, another huge company went in and take over. It was a good investment actually however who could have foreseen the huge company who handled the project initially went bankrupt?
With so many real estate agency around such as Maryland Real Estate, it is also wise to make a really really good company evaluation. Do not fall trap to things like they are the biggest agency or anything like that. Do background check, read before you invest, research before you use your REAL asset, money to make more money. CNN money does a lot of help in helping you make decisions.
Its true. Think big before you spend that bucks. Think BIG before you invest. Would you rather have the modern high tech gadget such as Iphone that you can show around, make your friends go wohoolala for the first 2 years until it runs out of fashion and trend, or an assets which you cannot see but will generate the BIG bucks?
It’s tangible, it’s solid, it’s beautiful. It’s artistic, from my standpoint, and I just love real estate.
